WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
Personal information you disclose to us
In Short: We collect personal information that you provide directly to us.
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, when you participate in activities on the Services or otherwise when you contact us.
The personal information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the Services, the choices you make and the products and features you use.
Information automatically collected through our App
In Short: We utilize RevenueCat for collecting purchase history in our App. This history is associated with a randomly generated identifier for each user. We use RevenueCat to simplify our development around purchases and for validating purchase receipts from Apple. We may also use this service to help users who report subscription problems.
The information we collect includes:
- Purchase data. We collect purchase history such as sign-up date, last opened date, App version number, country, purchase amount, platform version (i.e. iOS 15.0.1) from users in order to supplement subscription troubleshooting. This data is linked to a randomly generated ID not tied to personal or device identifiers.
Information collected through our App (Opt-In)
In Short: We use Google Firebase Crashlytics for reporting app crashes so we can quickly be made aware of the issue to fix them as soon as possible.
The information we collect, upon opt-in, includes:
- Crash Stack traces. These identify lines of code where the program aborted due to an issue and help our developers resolve the issue by pinpointing the problematic area.
- Generated installation identifiers. These identifiers persist for the installation of the application and help measure the number of users impacted by a crash.
- Device Data. We collect device data such as information about your computer, phone, tablet, or other device you use to access the Services. Depending on the device used, this device and event data may include information such as the timestamp of the crash, software version, CPU architecture, and related system configuration information.

We indicate the specific processing grounds we rely on next to each purpose listed below.
We use the information we collect or receive:

- Vital Interests: We may disclose your information where we believe it is necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding potential violations of our policies, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the safety of any person and illegal activities, or as evidence in litigation in which we are involved.

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.
